We have been using Clear Vision Pools for a little over a year now and they have been great with timely service and keeping our pool looking clean as a whistle. We just encountered our first problem with our pool due to the heatwave – it turned green overnight. I called the next morning hoping they could come out sometime in the next few days but they arrived within hours, determined what the problem was and added the necessary array of chemicals to get things back on track. They also said they would come back early the next morning to make sure all was perfect. This excellent level of customer service is a rare treat. I recommend them very highly.

Fred built our pool for the previous owner of our home, and that was what sealed the deal on the purchase! It’s set perfectly into the landscaping and with a water feature, hot tub and pool it gives us everything we could want. I was in search of a pool company in the Sedona/Clarkdale AZ region. My daughter suggested Clear Vision Pools because she had seen one of their finished projects. Upon contacting the pool company, Fred immediately contacted me. He and his employees turned my old lined pool, that was showing much wear, into a beautiful low maintenance oasis with tile and coping around the top plus the beautiful bottom of pebble stone. As I live in IL and own this home in Clarkdale but rent it out as a vacation rental, I had to do everything through the internet and Fred’s suggestions. After 17 years in the Verde Valley, we have worked with almost all of the most well-known pool maintenance companies and it was rarely satisfying. Therefore, it was a great surprise for us to begin dealing with Clear Vision Pools and Fred Estrada some 12 years ago. After several failed attempts at getting even mediocre service (one contractor turned our pool green in one day), it was a very welcome surprise to start dealing with Fred. As opposed to many pool maintenance and service companies, Fred’s crews not only keep their appointments, come on time, are clean and polite but, most importantly, they do great work. Mr. Estrada and his crew are not only considerate; punctual; clean; courteous; friendly and hardworking, but do their best to minimize the noise (no radios, singing or shouting here).
Our pool system is fairly complicated with its own computers and sensors. One of Fred’s crews is not only factory trained and very competent, but he is also the only one we know of in Northern Arizona. After years of false promises and ill-fated attempts from others to get this system working, Fred’s crews had it working correctly in minutes and for the first time since it was installed.
